Candle Care Guide
Extend the Life of Your Candle with These Tips:

First Burn Matters:
Burn your candle for at least 2 hours during the initial use. Let the wax melt completely across the surface to avoid tunneling, which can affect how evenly your candle burns over time.

Trim the Wick:
Before each burn, trim the wick to 1/8″–1/4″ and remove any blackened remnants from previous burns. A wick that’s too long can create a high flame and blacken the jar, while a wick that’s too short may struggle to stay lit.

Additional Candle Care Tips:

  • Keep the wick centered and trimmed to ¼”

  • Always place candles on heat-resistant surfaces

  • Avoid placing in drafty areas

  • Keep the melted wax clear of any debris

  • Limit burns to no more than 4 hours at a time

  • Stop use when only ¼” of wax remains

  • Never extinguish your candle with water or other liquids
